This is Jesse, the man behind the loaf

Our story began in 2013 when Jesse Meguideche, the owner of Jesse’s Bakery, decided to step into his father's footsteps and pursue his own baking business. With a deep passion for creating delicious bread and cakes with a French twist, he quickly noticed a gap in the market for high-quality kosher sourdough and pastries. So, he combined his love for the craft with his dedication to tradition, and just like that, Jesse’s Bakery was born. After a few successful years in the heart of Bondi, the café relocated to Rose Bay, and Jesse’s products began making their way into major supermarkets and wholesalers. For over a decade now, Jesse has poured his heart and soul into his bakery, and his dedicated team continues to bake fresh daily at the Botany location.
